Tahereh Mafi's 'Shatter Me' on the TV-screen!

I'm back after a week in Germany and Denmark, and I have some very fun news to share with those of you who don't already know this!

Tahereh Mafi, author of the Shatter Me series, recently announced on her Twitter that we will be able to watch Shatter Me on the TV-screen in the future. It's ABC Signature Studios who will produce the series and Tahereh Mafi will be coming on as a consulting producer for the show.

Check out Tahereh and her husband Ransom Riggs' (author of the Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children series) announcement/adaptation talk video on YouTube with Xstinemay:

Juliette hasn’t touched anyone in exactly 264 days.
The last time she did, it was an accident, but The Reestablishment locked her up for murder. No one knows why Juliette’s touch is fatal. As long as she doesn’t hurt anyone else, no one really cares. The world is too busy crumbling to pieces to pay attention to a 17-year-old girl. Diseases are destroying the population, food is hard to find, birds don’t fly anymore, and the clouds are the wrong color.
The Reestablishment said their way was the only way to fix things, so they threw Juliette in a cell. Now so many people are dead that the survivors are whispering war – and The Reestablishment has changed its mind. Maybe Juliette is more than a tortured soul stuffed into a poisonous body. Maybe she’s exactly what they need right now.
Juliette has to make a choice: Be a weapon. Or be a warrior.
What do you think about this? :)

Instagram @TotalBookLover

Hello everyone! Hope you're feeling good today :) I just wanted to let you know that I'm posting things on Instagram again, after lots of pauses every other week, but I'm back now. And I also wanted to let you know that I'm going on a trip today, and won't have Internet/computer access for a couple of days. I may have Wi-Fi, I don't really know. So therefore, check out my Instagram if interested :) Hugs!

This is how my lovely bookshelf looks like these days :) Adding a few new books soon though!

I finished this one the other day and I loved it (4/5 stars). I've now moved on to The Heir by Kiera Cass

New header - Summer edition

Hello guys! What do you think about my new header? Do you like it? I wanted a colorful yet white one and I think it turned out pretty good :) And, this time I added a few of my own pictures from Instagram and I took the opportunity to write down my email on it as well (a good thing to do). Let me know if something looks weird! :)

Books to read this summer

I have planned to read a lot this summer starting as soon as school ends. I have already made up a list of books on Goodreads that I want to read and a few of them are books that I feel the need to read because of different reasons. Here's what I've planned to read:

Some of the books are more exciting than others, but overall I'm super excited to read all of them :) First of all though, I really need to finish Cinder by Marissa Meyer that I've been reading since April 18th??! But after that, I'm starting Pines (Wayward Pines #1) by Blake Crouch. Really looking forward to read it because of the TV-show which, by the way, is awesome! I also can't wait to start The Heir by Kiera Cass and Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout.

The list is probably going to shrink or expand or maybe even change completely, but at least I have a clue of what I want to read. I'm thinking of adding A Game of Thrones to the list as well, but I'm not sure :)

What are you planning to read this summer?
Have you read any of the books above?
